Who we are
Baker Tilly Hem LLP was established by its managing partner, Mr. Manjit Kothari. He is a distinguished professional and a member of the Certified Public Accountants of Uganda, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India.
With over two decades of experience in the field of audit and accountancy, Mr. Kothari brings more than 18 years of post-qualification expertise gained in Uganda. His deep knowledge and extensive professional background form the foundation of the firm’s strong reputation.
Baker Tilly Hem LLP is a full-service firm offering a wide range of solutions, including assurance, taxation, company secretarial services, project finance, start-up ventures, back-office accounting support, and human resource consulting. The firm has over 20 years of experience in serving both individual and corporate clients in Uganda.
